When Lascari's Italian Restaurants in Brea, CA needed some help opening 6 new fast casual restaurants under the Lascari's brand they turned to the strategic and design direction of Fifteen Street Studio. Mark Curran – with his restaurant expertise as the former President of Shakey's Pizza – was the driving force behind the strategic positioning of the new restaurants. Work has begun on a logo redesign, new website, menu boards and menus for the new Italian Cucina collection of restaurants. Stay tuned for updates on this very fun project.
